We would like to offer you the best possible service, but at the same time protect your health and that of our staff. Based on the official requirements and our high quality awareness, we have therefore developed a hygiene concept that guarantees you a relaxed, safe stay in our house.

Unfortunately, the pandemic has not yet been overcome. We therefore ask for your understanding for possible restrictions and – if necessary – for your cooperation in implementing the measures. Please do not hesitate to contact reception at any time if you have any questions.

Below you will find an overview of our hygiene standards:

Disinfection dispensers are available in the entrance area and in the public areas.

Guests in the hotel must wear a medical mask in public areas (not in the hotel room).

All our staff wear a medical mask in public areas. They are required to disinfect or thoroughly wash their hands at regular intervals. Every staff member is tested twice a week using the (PoC) antigen test.

In the public area and on the way to your table, we ask you to wear a mouth-nose protection (medical mask).

If possible, we ask for cashless payment.

Publicly accessible door handles, handrails, fittings and lift buttons are disinfected several times a day.

Publicly accessible WCs are equipped with antibacterial hand washing lotion and are disinfected several times a day.
