Individuality with comprehensive service
Our Residences, with their various layouts, radiate a sense of exclusivity and comfort. The individuality is peerless. 36 different room concepts are divided into the categories Cozy, Studio, Studio Balcony, Urban and Living. For stays of up to 29 nights, daily flat cleaning is included, and the linen is changed twice a week. For stays of 30 nights or more, you benefit from reduced rates. Flat cleaning and linen change are included once a week.

Overnight stay in the booked room category for permanent rent incl. VAT, weekly cleaning (1 time per week), access to our fitness & sauna area, free access to a room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Additional services
We charge € 450.00 per month for a parking space in our underground car park. The number of parking spaces is limited. We kindly ask you to ensure the availability of a parking space before your arrival. For leisure travellers, a city tax of 5% of the overnight rate will be charged.
