Our room selection is divided into the categories SMART, SUPERIOR, DELUXE and EXECUTIVE. The total of 117 rooms range in size from 25 to 45 square metres. The Residences and an exclusive Master Suite will soon be available for booking.
All rooms are characterised by a clear, functional design. Fine woods in warm, natural tones, together with high-quality fabrics in white, black and grey, convey a harmonious, cosy spatial impression.

The design of our residences represents pure individuality. Iconic KPM decors such as Kurland, Lab or Arkadia are translated into modern interior design – different, surprising, stylish. Different room layouts, beautiful colour contrasts, individual furnishing: the KPM Residences convince with their unique diversity and their outstanding living quality. Fully equipped kitchens guarantee independence, the chicly designed bathrooms with walk-in showers, LED mirrors and fine Molton Brown products provide that morning spa feeling.

HYGIENE CONCEPT
Based on the official requirements and our high quality awareness, we have therefore developed a hygiene concept that guarantees you a relaxed, safe stay in our house.
Unfortunately, the pandemic is not yet over. It is our joint responsibility to prevent another lockdown. We therefore ask for your understanding for possible restrictions and – if necessary – for your cooperation in implementing the measures. Please do not hesitate to contact the reception desk at any time if you have any questions.
ARRANGEMENTS
Sometimes it takes a little push and then it’s there: the desire to go on a spontaneous trip together, the desire to finally go on that long-planned holiday to Berlin or the desire to have the family celebration not in private after all, but freed from all the hassle in a chic hotel.
